About Staminapria

Staminapria is an educational resource about natural supplements, vitamins, and minerals for men. We're based in Semarang and write in English for readers in Indonesia and beyond. Our job is to explain products clearly, not to sell them.

Who we are

A small team that writes about what's on the shelf

We're a small editorial team working out of Jl. Pemuda No. 150, Sekayu, Semarang Tengah. We publish guides, ingredient references, and product-category comparisons for men who want to understand what's on the shelf before buying. The site is independent of the brands it describes.

Most supplement pages in this category assume you already know the vocabulary. Ours assume you don't, and that you'd rather read one clear explanation than five product banners. That means we spend most of our time on three things: reading actual labels, describing ingredients and formats in plain language, and being explicit about where a supplement's role ends and ordinary daily habits begin.

We read email from readers, shops, and importers in Semarang and across Indonesia, and corrections have changed pages on this site. Nothing here is written to move you toward one brand.

What we cover

Four categories, written the same way each time

Our guides span men's daily multivitamins and minerals, energy and endurance products, herbal ingredients such as maca, saw palmetto, and tongkat ali, and the lifestyle habits that support everyday energy.

  • Daily vitamins and minerals for men

One-a-day and split-dose formats, what each listed vitamin and mineral contributes, and how a label's percentage column is read without assuming it applies to you.

  • Energy and endurance supplements

Which ingredients are commonly grouped under this category, how the products are sold, and how readers can tell a stimulant-led formula from a botanical one.

  • Herbal ingredients explained

Botanical extracts such as maca, saw palmetto, and tongkat ali: what the ingredient is, what form it's sold in, and where a branded extract is named on the label.

  • Formats, labelling, and local differences

Capsules, vegetarian capsules, once-daily formats, label reading, and how imported products differ from formulas sold here in Indonesia.

Healthy lifestyle products sit alongside the ingredient guides rather than behind them, because a routine reads differently when sleep, food, and training are part of the picture. Read the daily multivitamin guide or browse the men's supplement categories we compare most often.

How we research

Labels first, listings second, marketing last

We read product labels and category pages directly, including retail listings from Guardian Indonesia, GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe, and Target, and we track how men's formulas are positioned across those catalogs. We describe ingredients and formats in plain language and mark the boundaries of what a supplement can reasonably claim. Where a product uses a branded extract, we say so.

Step 1

Read the physical label

Ingredient list, serving size, format, and whether the number on the label is a daily amount or a per-capsule amount.

Step 2

Check the public listing

Category pages and shop listings, to see how the same product is grouped and what a buyer is told about it before purchase.

Step 3

Write what holds up

Anything that can't be checked against a label or a public listing is left out, including numbers from seller pages and claims with no source.

Pages are revisited when a formula changes, when a format disappears from the market, or when a correction arrives with something we can verify. If you spot a label that contradicts one of our pages, send it and we'll look at it.

Editorial standards we hold to

These are the rules behind every page on this site, including the ones about natural supplements for men, men's health support, and everyday routines. They're not aspirational statements — they're the checks we run before a page goes live.

We don't publish outcome promises

No forward-looking claims about how a supplement will change how you feel, look, or perform. We describe what an ingredient is and what it's typically sold as.

Standard

No before-and-after narratives

We don't use transformation stories as evidence. A guide that needs one to make its point isn't a guide we'd run.

Standard

No invented certifications

If a product carries a seal or a testing mark, we name it exactly as printed on the pack and say where we saw it. We never add a badge to look thorough.

Standard

Plain description, no category language

Every guide explains what an ingredient is, how it's typically sold, and what a reader should check before buying — in the same vocabulary a label uses.

Standard

Unknown → left out

If a claim can't be checked against a label or a public listing, we leave it out rather than hedge it into the page.

Standard

Corrections are welcome

If you send a correction, we'll look at it and update the page where the evidence supports it. We'd rather be right than first.

What we don't do

We don't sell supplements, and we don't pick a winner

We don't sell supplements, and we don't tell readers which brand to buy. We don't rank products by outcome. We don't present retail marketing language as fact. If you send us a correction, we'll look at it and update the page where the evidence supports it.

Which means our caps on the site are soft on purpose: our job is to make the options decipherable, and the choice yours. That applies equally to natural capsules for strength and vitality and to a supermarket own-brand once-a-day formula.

Where to go next

If you came here to check who writes this site

Three guides are the best place to see the editorial voice. Each one uses the same structure: what the category is, how it's sold, and what to check on a label before you buy.

Read it, then check the shelf yourself — we'll keep the labels honest.

Staminapria exists so that the labels on vitamins and minerals for men get read the same way twice. If you're the one who notices an inconsistency, you know where to find us.
